PYO Minutes from Meeting on May 16, 2007

Members in attendance:

Lauritzen, Mitch & Sharon Brabender, Al Halla, Tom Folk, Jon Lemin,
Wayne Kaczrowski, Darrel Splan, Wayne Butz, Mike Zablocki, Heather
Bergemann, Andy Vanderloop, Pam Denzer

Secretaries Report was read.
Tina Watermelon made the motion to accept the minutes, seconded by Al
Halla.

Treasurers Report: Not available. Check for AVBM BB Tournament not
received.

Summer Tournaments:
Baseball: Mike Zablocki Tournament Director.
Softball: Wayne Butz Tournament Director.
No confirmation on Liquor license or beverage servers.
Coaches meeting Wed. May 16th 8pm.
Field workers - Zablocki Boys will do the 3 tournaments.
Tuesday Night League - vote was held between Jake Kulinski and Jake
VanderLoop. Jake V. was selected.

Softball: 10 and under coach - Cindy Stengel.
Tryouts for 14, 12, 10 and under teams on Sat. May 19th at 1:30 PCMS.
Older teams tryouts after the season.

Baseball: Tryouts discussed. Playing above age level discussed. Any
age moveup approvals bring to next meeting.

Bleachers: $75/seat engraved. Kevin Bliese talked to Kevin S. about
alternatives to the large sets of bleachers. Kevin B. will bring to
PYO when they have alternative costs.

Keys: Kevin B. to get a dozen keys for baseball and softball sheds
for coaches.

Next Meeting: June 6, 7:00 pm, Memorial Park.
Park clean up, July 16th 5 pm.
