Treasurers Report:   No new report.

Bleacher Update:   No new report.  We will bring back up on the Feb. agenda.

Basketball – Tournament dates are set for the Girls Tournament and 3rd grade Boys on Jan. 11,12,13 and Boys Jan. 18, 19, 20 for grades 4-8.  Lori Jensen has volunteered for overall girl’s concession coordinator.  Boys still TBD.

We discussed trophies versus T-shirts, etc.  We will have pool t-shirts for sure as that is one of Pulaski’s traditions.  After much discussion and several motions were made and cancelled, Todd Gutzman made a motion to allow the coaches and commissioners to pick out the awards this year.  Gary Naparalla seconded.  Motion carried.

We also discussed recruiting more teams for the tournaments using WISSPORTS, Press Gazette and flyers at Dec. tournaments. Todd Stiede handed out confirmed tournament lists for the boy’s schedules from Don Bogacz and publicized openings in the Hortonville Feb. 2nd and Oconto Falls Mar.1-2 tournaments.

Kevin agreed to talk to the village to have the concession stand plowed out by Friday of the tournaments to allow us to access our supplies.

Gym scheduling to be conducted after the meeting.  Next sign up January after the PYO meeting.

New Business:

Diane Przybylski shared a donation idea suggested by the PACE office for helping fund the replacement of the floor in the PCMS Auxiliary Gym.  This would help provide another gym short term for our use.  However, the long-term plan for this room is for offices – especially if the new athletic facility is pursued.  PACE was informed we would not pursue this or any major donations until after the basketball tournaments are complete.

Todd Gutzman suggested that PYO consider changing the meeting start time to 6:30.  Discussion indicated a preference to keep the 7:00 time.

ABVM is replacing uniforms and could use some additional.  Motion made by Steve Sorenson and seconded by Wayne Kaczrowski to donate the blue boys uniforms to AVBM as we no longer need them.  Motion carried.

Bruce Reinhard will send invites to the scholarship winners to attend the Jan. Meeting to receive their scholarships.

Gary Przybylski made a motion to adjourn.  Jeff Anklam seconded.  Motion carried.

Meeting: Jan. 2 LGI1 at High School 7 pm.
