(a)  Board of Directors:  Will consist of 11 members, four of which will be the president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer office holders of the PYO and seven other members will be elected to the Board of Directors.  The Board term of office will be two years, alternating groups 3 and 4.  Election for new board members will be one month following general elections to fill the vacancies of the board.  To remain an active member of the Board of Directors, you must attend at least 2/3 of all PYO monthly meetings.

(b)  Chairperson of the Board:  Will be elected by the board of Directors at the first board meeting.  This person will be one of the non-office board members

1.  The Board of Directors has the power to make final decisions when warranted.

2.  The Board will appoint non-expired terms on the Board of Directors if necessary.

3.  Bylaws of the organization can be amended by recommendation of the Board of Directors and 2/3 vote of the membership at the annual meeting.
