Tournament Sign Ups – Get dates into commissioners as soon as possible

Vote on Number of Tournaments Proposal – see below

Motion made at September meeting to limit the number of tournaments that the PYO pays for each sponsored team in the following manner:

3^rd Grade – 3 tournaments per team (including the Pulaski Tourn.)

4^th Grade – 4 tournaments per team (including the Pulaski Tourn.)

5^th Grade – 5 tournaments per team (including the Pulaski Tourn.)

6^th Grade – 6 tournaments per team (including the Pulaski Tourn.)

7^th Grade – 7 tournaments per team (including the Pulaski Tourn.)

8^th Grade – 8 tournaments per team (including the Pulaski Tourn.)

Teams can participate in additional tournaments under PYO sponsorship during the PYO season (Nov. – April) but the parents would have to pay the extra entry fees.

Auxiliary Gym – Request by PCMS and PACE donation for extra baskets
