Review the meeting with the school, determine if we should make changes to team selection guidelines, etc. for 2009-2010 season or wait for the committee to do its work.

Softball and Baseball

            Coaches collect new $10 fee before uniforms are handed out.  Checks are best – make to PYO

            Gym Usage

            Tina – uniform needs for baseball

            Update on gator and field groomer/drag

            Apply for liquor licenses

            Make sure we have people with beverage server licenses

            Concession stand leaders picked

            Tournament directors

            Do we need to publicize the tournaments?

PHS Weight Room – Vote on motion to donate $2000 per year for 5 years
