PYO Minutes from July 7, 2009

T-Shirt Vendors: Email address will be give out so that coaches are able to email their rosters to the vendor.
1st tournament: Should be set.
2nd Tournament: Schedules s/b in by end of the week. Concessions schedule should be done by next week.
Proposal for $1500 toward diamond repairs
According to company in Marinette:
They will need people to help prepare fields while they are there
They can leave foundation of fields; just need to bring in dirt to level off the fields and they will mix in the mixture with the current dirt
We have to prepare the fields before they get here: crown, level and slope
It would be done late August, Early September
According to bids received by Marinette Company
To do Field B this year: $3970
To Do Field C next year: $4730
The company will donate about $1500 worth of equipment
If we do both fields this year: $6439
Village of Pulaski to donate $1400 towards cost
Cost split between 3 clubs and village would be $1700
Voted to Match PGSA and Optimist w/ field amount around $1700.00 for 2 fields to be done. Motion by Kevin B and 2nd by Pat McDermid
Donation: 7 Cell Phone Holders for Custodial Staff phones. Cost around $30 a piece.
They help to maintain diamond and do basketball. Tina will pick up the phones.
Soccer Club may contribute ˝.
