July 17-19th, 2009 - 9U, 10U, 13U
 

Tournament Details

• 9U, 10U -  Fee:  $ 200.00

• 13U -  Fee:  $ 225.00

• Player's age eligibility is determined by their age on April 30, 2009. All players will be required to provide a birth certificate upon request. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of any games played at that point. *** No exceptions to age cutoff will be made ***

• All players must be from the same school district to be eligible to play on your team. 

• All tournaments 3 game guarantee. 

• All Final Rosters are due 30 minutes prior to your First game.

• Most games held at Memorial Park in Pulaski, (map) or Middle School diamond (south of park)
• Tournament rules and schedules will be mailed to you about two weeks prior to the scheduled tournament
• Upon receipt of your non-refundable entry fee, we will confirm your spot via return mail.

Please return the team registration form along with your payment, payable to “Pulaski Youth Organization".
