Parents - Welcome to the Pulaski Youth Organization!

As each new season begins we look forward to our youth athletes participating in some of their favorite sports. We will watch as they build and strengthen their abilities, sportsmanship, and team values. We should all strive to create a positive experience for everyone involved.

Frequently asked Questions:

What is a PYO tournament team?
A PYO tournament team consists of a similar age group of youth athletes. These athletes participate in regular team practices and travel to tournaments in communities throughout northeast Wisconsin. Tournaments typically take place on the weekend, Friday - Sunday. Transportation of the athletes is the responsibility of the parents. A commitment to attend team practices and tournaments is important for the building of the team concept and individual skill development. Tournament locations and dates are up to the head coach of each team.

How do I sign my child up for a PYO team?
Player registration typically occurs well in advance of the season and involves completing a registration form and paying the registration fee. This advance registration is required to help plan the season, find coaches, sign up for tournaments, etc. Watch this website for registration information or come to the regular monthly meeting to learn more! Team tryouts may be held depending on the number of player registrations, teams and age group involved. The head coach for each team will setup the tryouts, if required, and will notify registered athletes.
NOTE: To sign up for a PYO team the parent or youth MUST live in the Pulaski School district OR be enrolled in the Pulaski School District. For more information please see the PYO Constitution.

What other requirements are there to participate?
Each family with a child on a PYO team must work two assigned shifts in the concession stand during the PYO hosted tournament for the season. Typically both parents will be assigned to work the same shift. FAILURE TO PARTICIPATE in the concession stand work shift will result in your athlete being unable to participate on a PYO tournament team in the next season. Please note that PYO can not exist without the assistance of parent volunteers so your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

This uniform MUST be returned, clean, to your coach at the end of the season. Please Note: Some uniform parts or accessories may be required to be purchased by the parents or athlete.
